Development Around Integrated Building & Ghoda Katora Parking

The area around the newly constructed integrated building needs to be planned for an organized arrival of a big gentry, sometimes even 5000 persons on peak days. The total development of 34000 Sqmt approximately includes the Parking area, Golambar area, commercial complex, a gate for Ghoda Katora, a Watch Tower and other surrounding areas including all the necessary services to be provided in the entire zone.

The parking accommodates 37 busses, 337 four wheelers, 90 two wheelers and 126 E rickshaws. Since the outside vehicles are restricted till this parking and the visitors use E Rickshaws or go by foot to the Ghoda Katora. This area is planned to manage the visitor crowd and keep them engaged at different places befor entering the building or going towards Ghoda Katora- one of the most beautiful, serene and calm place in the lap of nature.
