The total development shall comprise of Ground plus two Floors in Patna Women’s college campus. The built up area is approximately 24000 sq ft on all floors. The utilization of ground floor will be for worker’s rest rooms and a mess kitchen. The first floor shall comprise of a cafeteria and indoor games. The second floor shall comprise of a conference hall with guest rooms. All the necessary services to be provided on all floors.
