Kumar Ventures Private Limited intends to develop a Commercial cum Residential apartment building at Nayatola, Karbala, near AIIMS, Patna, Bihar on a plot size of 2295.57 SqMt (24709.33 SqFt, 0.56 acre).

The total development is 6610 SqMt divided into basement plus seven floors. The basement is allotted parking for the residential users. Separate residential and commercial entries to the building provides safe and arranged zoning. The ground and first floor are for commercial use. Second to Fifth floors consist of 6 apartment each and a common lobby. The sixth floor has two pent houses with private terraces.
