A beautifully designed residence on plot size 350 sq mts in sector 44 Noida with planning in levels and create all visually inter-connecting levels. property in Nainital, for Malhotra family. The exterior was all brick tile and we we used all earthen materials like brick tiles on the facade, kota and jaisalmer stone flooring, wooden doors and windows etc.

The house is a climate responsive building design taking maximum advantage of natural energy resources along with the fundamental idea of providing comfort in close integration with the dynamic conditions of the environment.

There is hardly any need of artificial light in the house during the day because the windows and the skylight suffice for the same.

A project which was difficult to construct especially the wall which was curved from both sides and a mezzanine projecting out from this curved wall. The small landscape with a lotus pond is the attraction while you enter the house.

This was one of the project which was difficult to design and execute but once complete, gave immense satisfaction.
