What is the need of a good office design?

Considering that a person spends almost half of the day in office, the environment should be healthy and joyful. A thought out, well planned office design makes a space more functional and inviting. A design should speak the mission and vision of the organization it will be used for and keeping this in mind, the following design concepts are incorporated:

1. Adding green and making a nature based office
2. Open office and flexible workspace.
3. Maximum natural light in the work place.
4. Use of solar energy to the maximum.
5. Maximise natural ventilation inside the building.
6. Industrial office design on the top floor.
7. Use of advance technologies and modern building materials.
